With the guidance of our extremely experienced Principal Bianca Taylor, this position provides an ideal opportunity for someone to develop and establish a career as a Sales Agent or for a qualified Sales Agent, to experience all The Property Co. Key Responsibilities & Duties
– Build & nurture relationships long term
– Effectively manage a database
– Prospect & network consistently
– Manage evolving schedules & prioritise tasks
– Conduct market analysis & reports to determine property selling potential
– Plan and execute effective marketing strategies
– Showcase properties to potential buyers – private & open inspections
– Stay updated on industry trends and local market conditions
– Manage Vendor’s & Purchasers alike with honest feedback
– Assist with social media presence
– Improve market share and build agent and team branding
Qualifications
– Valid real estate license OR;
– Willingness to obtain licence & training
– Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
